Freedom of Freelance

Why FREELANCE? The first question which storms the mind. Why not a cubical or a corporate culture job? For me the priority is freedom. Freedom to implement my logic. While working in cubical what I found till now is where we were supposed to get requirement analysis document; we are getting a spreadsheet (which includes all the existing logic). We are only converting that spreadsheet into codes (but not implementing our own logic to create solution for the particular requirement given). It's like a regular boring meal of a patient served in a hospital. There is not much exercise to do.
       I am passionate about my work. And if someone is passionate of some work; he will definitely want to have face some challenge to know his limits and to increase it. (But will not be settle down with same boring regular shot).I try to find new ways to solve problems and if succeed, I share that. The "habit of sharing the knowledge". It may sound childish, but that's the beauty of being passionate.
       Another huge obstacle in regular corporate work culture is work-life balance. Deadline is the thing we must follow and we will have to. But in corporate, somehow unknowingly we miss the beauty of life while playing with beauty of code. While in freelancing, we can enjoy both at the same time. It's like "Cherry on the top".
      When it comes to work practice and ethics; I believe in with selfishness. It means, "be selfish to get more challenging work--> complete it (or find the solution with collaboration)-->share it". It provides regular improvement (technically and morally) . My work ethics are "Learn-Implement-Share-Target task". When it comes to fulfillment of all my ethics, desire, passion for my work; fortunately I found Toptal the best suitable. It fills all the gap of my work and life with all the freedom which I searched.

   Yes! That's how I want my (WORK) life.
